How you get to Sylmar depends on where you are coming from:

• From the North (Santa Clarita): Take the 5 freeway to the 210 freeway East.
• From the East (Pasadena): Take the 210 freeway west.
• From the West (Simi Valley): Take the 118 freeway to the 210 freeway West.
• From the South (Los Angeles, South Bay area, etc): Take the 405 or the 5 freeway to the 118 freeway East. Take the 118 freeway to the 210 freeway West.

Get off the 210 freeway at the Hubbard Street exit and turn northeast (towards the mountains). Go northeast on Hubbard Street about 1.2 miles. You will pass an elementary school on your left, Los Angeles Mission College on your right, and the El Cariso Community Park on the right. After the park is a 4-way stop intersection with Simshaw Avenue. Turn right onto Simshaw, go down the hill 1/2 mile until it ends at Gridley Street. Turn left onto Gridley, go 2 blocks to the end of the street and turn right into the Sylmar Flight Park.
